This was one of my biggest pet peeves. I spent most of my time while in Mississippi at the beach and used these public restrooms a lot.
While I'm definitely grateful for their existence I never got used to the 2nd floor design. Too often I found myself running up those stairs while holding my breath and praying I didn't miss a step!
