Portland Rose Garden - blooms abound!

My last visit to the Rose Garden was too early and there were almost no roses in bloom. This time I got the full treatment. Made it out on a week day so I could find a parking spot and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The temperature was perfect, the skies were blue and the crowd was minimal!
